Friday - Prepared all day for visitors to come for dinner. Christmas service. Tiring.
Saturday - Merry Christmas! Christmas mass, again. Family from Long Island and Brooklyn came for dinner, catching up, gift opening, singing, etc.

Life is so good. It’s the day before Christmas and later on tonight, it will be Christmas Eve. The celebration for the birth of Christ is still alive, as always. It’s satisfying, but it’s as if the spirit we’ve known all these years has grown old. I’m pleading it to stay a flame and not burn out. I’m trying. We’ll see how this goes.
